Easter
Easter is also better known as resurrection Sunday. This day is so special due to the fact that on this very day, Jesus Christ was reborn and became visible to his followers. This event of Christ’s resurrection was mentioned clearly in the New Testament.
On the third day after Jesus was crucified by the Roman soldiers, Jesus was reborn, to the prayers of his followers. The week after which Easter arrives is also termed Holy Week.
The Last supper was within this Holy Week, and on this day Jesus had his final supper with his friends. . It was on this day that Jesus rightly mentioned that his death was near.
He even clearly mentioned the name of the person, who would betray him to the Roman soldiers, just for some money.
The resurrection of Jesus on Easter proved him to be the Son Of God, an interesting fact, that many people denied believing. Thus Jesus was established as the power in the heart of every follower.
